Teen Strength is about increasing an athlete’s physical threshold to elevate performance. At this age strength is gained by improving the efficiency of muscular recruitment. Our program will teach athletes how to safely and effectively perform the essential barbell lifts. Their bodies will become stronger, more resilient to stress and be able to compete at a higher capacity.
